The monoclonal antibody nsp9.01 recognizes SARS-CoV-2 non-structural nsp9 protein.
Non-structural protein 9 (nsp9), is involved in viral replication. It is a single-stranded RNA-binding protein also implicated in virulence of SARS-CoV-2.
Our anti-nsp9 antibody clone nsp9.01 has been validated in ELISA (on nsp9 recombinant protein) and western blot (on nsp9 recombinant protein), as described in Pribanić Matešić et al. Viruses 2022, 14(2), 443).
