Description
Murine cytomegalovirus m152 is an ER resident type I transmembrane protein that retains MHC I and NKG2D ligands Rae-1 proteins in the ER and thus aids virally infected cells in evading NK and T cells. Our anti-M152 antibody m152n.05 works in ELISA (on immunogen), intracellular FACS (on MCMV infected cells) and each LOT is validated for Western blot (of MCMV infected cell lysates).
