The monoclonal antibody H60.01 recognises mouse H60.

H60 was originally described as an immunodominant histocompatibility antigen expressed in BALB mice but not in B6 mice. It was reported to function as a high affinity ligand for mouse activating receptor NKG2D. Its expression is low or absent on normal adult tissues but it is constitutively expressed on tumor cells and upregulated by retinoic acid, DNA damage or virus infection.
